Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Lead discovery initiatives for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Design and facilitate future-proofing workshops with executive stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $2M+ annual budgets
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience scaling high-impact teams across global operations
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, bioconvergence)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
