Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and future-proof roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track innovation progress and strategic alignment
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Produce annual Future State reports and trend briefings for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or strategic foresight projects
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and thought leadership communities
