Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum neural network architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms achieving exponential computational advantages
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and AI-driven quantum optimization
- Collaborate with MIT and CERN researchers on next-generation quantum computing protocols
- Architect secure quantum communication systems resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Advanced AI (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years architecting quantum algorithms or hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum neural networks
