Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum network architectures integrating photonic and superconducting qubits
- Lead development of quantum error correction protocols for 2026-era systems
- Collaborate with Nobel laureate physicists on quantum entanglement distribution models
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows for enterprise applications
- Architect secure quantum communication channels with zero-knowledge encryption
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical models into deployable systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations (T1, T2, gate fidelity)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
