Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting readiness for the 2026 operational horizon.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and generative AI systems that integrate seamlessly with our existing enterprise stack.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, next-gen NLP models).
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business objectives into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and compliance with international regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems capable of handling high-scale data traffic.
- Strong background in system design, API development, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
