- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present executive-level foresight briefings with data-driven scenario modeling
- Build ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation methodologies
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for stakeholder decision-making
- Mentor next-generation futurists through knowledge-sharing frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in foresight, R&D strategy, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with storytelling prowess
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic implementations
