Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive horizon-scanning research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and deliver strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Represent FutureVision at global conferences as a thought leader in strategic foresight
- Champion a culture of innovation by integrating future-focused principles into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning (articles, white papers, books)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and managing global research initiatives
