- Design and facilitate innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to the Board of Directors and C-suite executives
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend extrapolation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented from foresight work
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future economies
