- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making across 5+ vertical markets
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI ethics, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish cross-functional 'future labs' to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technologies and societal impact
- Maintain global network of futurists, academic institutions, and industry think tanks
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record of implementing futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
