Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives to map technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and risk mitigation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Represent InnovateFuture at premier global forums like Davos and TED Future
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of published trend analysis with measurable industry impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic foresight projects
