Responsibilities

- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for quantum computing and biotech integration
- Lead executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for disruptive forces
- Architect strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and global innovation hubs
- Author whitepapers on the future of work, climate tech, and neural interfaces
- Manage a $5M R&D budget for prototype development and market testing
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists using our proprietary foresight methodology
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years applied experience
- Published research in Nature Futures or Harvard Business Review on exponential technologies
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ ventures from trend analysis to market entry
- Expertise in blockchain, AGI governance, and circular economy systems
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (WFS) and Systems Dynamics (MIT Sloan)
- Fluency in 3+ languages with global trend analysis experience across 15+ countries
- Portfolio of 3+ patents or major industry disruptions implemented since 2020
