Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and socio-economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for business continuity and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and strategic priorities
- Author thought leadership reports and white papers positioning InnovateHorizon as a future-focused industry leader
- Design and implement innovation pipelines to translate foresight into actionable R&D initiatives
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and academic symposia
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex foresight into stakeholder-aligned narratives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic frameworks implemented in real-world contexts
