- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio funding breakthrough initiatives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-proofing initiatives
