- Develop data-driven scenarios for 2026 market landscapes and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futurist insights into product roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend briefs for executive board and investor communications
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Champion a culture of proactive innovation across 15 global teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical literacy in AI, biotech, and clean energy domains
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI forecasting platforms
