Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, economic, and social shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience in volatile markets
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce predictive intelligence reports with quantifiable impact on business strategy
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for emerging tech validation
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-digital convergence)
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend mapping, and systemic analysis
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) or equivalent experience
