Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Produce foresight reports with quantitative/qualitative trend analysis
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent company at global futurist forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and weak signal detection
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ trend predictions and impact analysis
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
