- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, backcasting)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile strategic planning in fast-evolving markets
