Responsibilities

- Translate future insights into actionable roadmaps for product development, market entry, and organizational transformation
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narrative frameworks
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts for trend validation
- Champion innovation labs and prototyping sessions to test future scenarios and validate strategic hypotheses
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers positioning InnovateForward as a 2026 thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field

- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Demonstrated success in influencing C-suite decisions through future-oriented insights
