Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships and academic collaborations
- Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, and societal shifts affecting industry trajectories
- Champion future-ready organizational capabilities and cultural adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities

- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
