- Establish cross-functional innovation ecosystems with R&D and product teams
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies deployment
- Drive scenario planning for global geopolitical and climate resilience strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership on paradigm shifts and disruptive innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and predictive modeling frameworks
