Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for 2026
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on emerging risks and opportunities
- Design and validate innovation pipelines aligned with 2026 market projections and technological inflection points
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term strategic initiatives spanning 2024-2026
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and junior strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP, CFP) preferred
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
