Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and socio-economic factors affecting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for 2026 initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-focused objectives
- Present insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Planning, Futures Research, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience with trend analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Track record of influencing executive decisions with future-oriented strategies
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
