Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and commercialize disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global markets, emerging tech, and socio-political shifts
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops and hackathons to cultivate breakthrough ideas
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor and evaluate innovation KPIs, adjusting strategies to maintain competitive advantage
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Innovation, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of launching successful products/services from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their impact on business strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence
