- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, validating, and launching breakthrough products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech innovations within our ecosystem
- Create and manage a $50M innovation fund for high-impact ventures
- Present strategic roadmaps to the board and secure executive buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Mentor innovation champions across the organization to embed future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology; MBA preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
