Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmap focused on achieving 2026 business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and competitive threats.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product, marketing, and engineering teams on the 2026 vision.
- Present high-level strategies and future projections to the executive board and key stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and define the go-to-market strategy for 2026 initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and pivot as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term roadmaps for major organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate a complex vision to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certified Strategy Professional (CSP) or equivalent experience is a plus.
