Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption in AI, quantum computing, and emerging fields
- Lead R&D initiatives to prototype next-gen digital experiences and infrastructure
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present futuristic concepts to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor technical teams in innovative problem-solving methodologies
- Develop intellectual property portfolios through patent filings and white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic futurism or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience working with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
