Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends to develop 2026-ready strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Establish innovation KPIs and frameworks for measuring future-readiness across business units
- Partner with VCs and research institutions to identify and acquire breakthrough technologies
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive technological shifts (AGI, climate tech, bio-digital convergence)
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor emerging futurists through our 'Horizon 2026' incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, HBR, or equivalent)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives to enterprise level
- Experience with scenario planning and technology foresight methodologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
