Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing applications and AI governance
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Create predictive models for technological adoption and market disruption
- Present vision briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
- Secure and manage innovation grants from government and private sector
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in tech strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives to enterprise level
- Expertise in futures forecasting and technology impact assessment
- Experience with federal grant applications (SBIR, NSF, etc.)
- Deep understanding of blockchain, biotech, and climate tech convergence
