Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry predictions and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype systems for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on future tech implications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation cycles
- Define ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Track record of developing and scaling breakthrough products from concept to market
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
