Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of developing production-level AI/quantum systems
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Proficiency in futures thinking frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
