Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration

- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation grants through federal partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology ethics
- Publish white papers on future tech policy implications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading R&D in quantum computing or advanced AI
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of blockchain, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
