Responsibilities
- Architect and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026's quantum-neural convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing decentralized AI frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum, bio-integrated systems, ambient computing)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation in 2026-era systems
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Innovation Incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Cognitive Systems with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or neural interfaces
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in decentralized AI architectures and blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to articulate complex technical visions
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of implemented futuristic technologies with measurable business impact
