- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints focused on disruptive innovation adoption
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technology maturity and ROI
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership papers
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 7+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent peer-reviewed platforms
