Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Horizon Reports identifying breakthrough trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prototype next-gen solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI modeling
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Build an internal innovation incubator for 2026-focused ventures
- Represent NextGen at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends (published reports preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
