Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics frameworks)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential for our industry
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current development cycles
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish ethical guidelines for 2026-era AI and autonomous systems implementation
- Drive innovation workshops to cultivate a culture of future-oriented thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-oriented products or services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong background in ethical technology governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact (papers, patents, or conference talks)
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments (Fortune 500 preferred)
