Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interfaces and neural integration systems
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement future-ready infrastructure solutions
- Present technology forecasts and innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor a team of specialists in rapid prototyping and future scenario planning
- Secure patents and publish research in top-tier technology journals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Forecasting (e.g., CFS, CTP)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three future-tech commercialization projects
