Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching $50M+ commercial tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Strong network with global tech ecosystem (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Tel Aviv)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 500+ innovators
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish for global collaboration
