Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration solutions
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships for emerging tech initiatives
- Drive commercialization of 15+ breakthrough technologies through agile development pipelines
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech trend analysis and patent strategy
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureForge Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with proven 5-year planning success
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Track record of securing $1M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling technology startups from prototype to market leadership
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for next-gen technologies
