Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 10+ year horizon planning experience
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI governance
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Successful track record scaling tech ventures to $1B+ valuation
- PhD or equivalent in Computational Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design
