Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to identify viable opportunities for disruption and growth.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical possibilities into actionable product and engineering strategies.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors, academic institutions, and research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee the evaluation and integration of high-potential technologies into our existing ecosystem.
- Communicate complex technical visions to stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to C-suite executives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams toward a shared vision.
