Responsibilities
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for generative AI and quantum systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (2025-2030)
- Lead cross-functional ethics boards with engineering and product teams
- Author policy briefs for regulatory bodies on AI accountability
- Design human-centered AI validation protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical technology principles
- Collaborate with UN bodies on global AI governance standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Technology with 5+ years in AI governance
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or quantum ethics
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk frameworks
- Expertise in participatory design methods for tech ethics
- Strong policy advocacy background in tech regulation
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
