Responsibilities
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems including generative neural networks and predictive behavioral algorithms
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists to align technical solutions with human values
- Conduct forward-looking impact assessments for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural lace interfaces)
- Develop corporate governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Represent the company at international forums on AI ethics and technological forecasting
- Create audit trails for algorithmic transparency and bias mitigation in 2026-era systems
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Published work on algorithmic fairness or existential risk mitigation in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with regulatory bodies (NIST, EU AI Act) or UN technology summits
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications for AI ethics
- Expertise in behavioral psychology and predictive modeling limitations
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse stakeholder groups
