Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 AI Governance Framework: Architect and enforce a comprehensive set of ethical guidelines and compliance standards for all AI deployments, ensuring alignment with global regulations.
- Algorithmic Auditing: Conduct rigorous third-party audits of machine learning models to identify, assess, and mitigate algorithmic bias and unintended consequences.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, legal, and product teams to integrate ethical considerations into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Policy Advocacy: Represent FutureScale Solutions in industry forums and government bodies to advocate for responsible AI legislation and standards.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in autonomous systems and implement mitigation strategies before deployment.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience in developing ethical frameworks for high-impact technologies, specifically in AI/ML or deep learning ecosystems.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Legal Acumen: Familiarity with international data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA) and emerging AI-specific legislation.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical decision-making without direct authority.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable policy for non-technical stakeholders.
