Responsibilities
- Develop adaptive ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI bias mitigation protocols
- Partner with regulatory bodies to shape 2026 AI compliance standards
- Design real-time ethical impact assessment tools for neural networks
- Train AI development teams in value-aligned engineering practices
- Author industry whitepapers on AI consciousness and accountability
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years developing governance frameworks for LLMs or autonomous systems
- Published research on AI alignment or moral machine learning
- Experience with NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act implementation
- Expertise in cross-cultural ethical assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in Python for ethical algorithm auditing
- Speaker at major AI ethics conferences (NeurIPS, FAccT)
