Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product releases
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness in machine learning systems
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making processes
- Design compliance strategies for emerging regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Train technical teams on responsible AI development practices and ethical deployment
- Produce annual transparency reports on AI system impacts and mitigation measures
- Represent the company in industry coalitions on AI policy and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 5+ years developing governance frameworks for high-stakes AI systems
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CDE, CIPM)
- Experience with agile development and DevOps security practices
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
