Responsibilities
- Design auditable governance frameworks for LLMs and autonomous agents
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees across 15 R&D centers
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for 2026-scale deployments
- Partner with EU/US regulators on AI policy compliance
- Conduct red-teaming exercises for generative AI systems
- Establish transparency standards for human-AI decision interfaces
- Train executive teams on ethical AI implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or AI Governance (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or compliance
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act frameworks
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing security implications
- Strong background in cross-cultural stakeholder management
- Expertise in designing human-centered AI feedback loops
- Certification in Responsible AI from Stanford/MIT preferred
