Responsibilities
- Design and implement auditable AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional task forces balancing innovation with ethical safeguards
- Develop predictive risk assessment models for AI deployment scenarios
- Partner with policymakers to shape 2026+ AI regulatory landscapes
- Establish transparency protocols for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Lead ethics training for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Quantify societal impact metrics of AI deployments
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or Computational Social Sciences
- 5+ years leading AI governance initiatives at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US AI Bill of Rights implications
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Expertise in participatory design methodologies for AI systems
