Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in 2026

- Partner with legal teams to shape regulatory responses for emerging AI technologies
- Create ethics-by-design training programs for engineering teams
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for ethical compliance in production AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-scale ethical AI frameworks
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, future 2026 legislation)
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing and bias mitigation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics to technical teams
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
