Qualifications

- Expertise in machine learning fairness frameworks (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Experience with policy analysis and regulatory compliance
- Strong programming skills (Python/R) for ethical AI tool development
- Understanding of global AI governance landscape (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
