Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical considerations into product lifecycles
- Create governance protocols for AI deployment and continuous monitoring systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to educate on responsible AI practices
- Research emerging ethical challenges in AI and publish thought leadership
- Advise executive leadership on AI policy and compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of bias detection techniques and fairness metrics in ML
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong written communication skills for policy documentation and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with AI model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Published work or certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
